Pauline's Customers Range
A product idea, existing model or market requirement needs a controlled route to prototype, tooling, parts and a sellable assembled product.
The design is ready to move beyond concept, but needs a manufacturing partner that can challenge interfaces, materials, tooling and approval risk.
An existing supplier, tool or product needs a more accountable technical review, supplier coordination or cost-down path.
Pauline Supply One-Stop Solutions for manufacturing conversation
Pauline Group is not positioned as a catalog of unrelated products. It is built for customers with a product to develop, transfer or improve: a molded cover must fit a metal chassis; a tank, pump, connector and seal must work as a system; purchased electronics must arrive at the right moment for final assembly; and a drawing change must be understood by everyone who owns a critical interface.
The work begins with the product requirement and the decision that needs to be made. It can extend through DFM, prototype planning, injection and rotational mold tooling, stamping dies, plastic and metal components, supplier coordination, assembly and documented checks. This gives commercial and engineering teams a route to discuss MOQ, materials, decoration, accessories, compliance evidence, delivery timing and change control in the right order.
TRUST BUILT ON REAL MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
Pauline Group supports product companies from engineering and prototyping through tooling, production and final assembly. Our capabilities, manufacturing resources and project controls are built around one goal: making complex products easier to develop and manufacture.
Pauline Group works through four manufacturing bases with more than 40,000 m² of production space, supported by engineering, sourcing, project management and quality teams. We serve customers across 52+ countries and coordinate a broad manufacturing network for different processes and project needs.
From DFM and prototyping to CNC machining, injection molding, rotational molding, sheet metal, tooling and assembly, our team helps move projects from drawings into stable production. Each process is reviewed around material, tolerance, tooling, cost and manufacturability.
Every project follows clear stages: RFQ review, DFM, prototype, tooling, trial, approval, production and delivery. One project team keeps engineering, suppliers, quality and production aligned, so customers have fewer handoffs and better control over timing, changes and risk.
We support incoming inspection, first article checks, in-process inspection, final inspection and pre-shipment verification. Material certificates, inspection reports, approved samples and project records can be prepared according to the customer’s quality and compliance requirements.
Product application for reference
These four editable application starting points cover industrial automation, new energy, energy storage and AI hardware. They are not stock products or customer-project claims. Each card connects a buyer to the relevant custom service and keeps the product direction in the RFQ.

Industrial Equipment
An enclosure template for panels, hardware, cable entries, access and final integration.
Recommended service: Sheet metal fabrication

New Energy
A mechanical enclosure concept for outdoor access, panel interfaces and final assembly.
Recommended service: Sheet metal fabrication

New Energy
A cabinet and component route for doors, brackets, panels, insulation and assembly.
Recommended service: Metal stamping

Smart and Connected Products
A precision metal enclosure concept for thermal, connector and service-access decisions.
Recommended service: CNC machining

Project control before production
Before an RFQ becomes a tooling or production commitment, Pauline should understand the end use, interfaces, project stage, product files, material direction, surface or decoration requirements, components to be sourced, expected volume, target dates, required documentation and decision owner. This stops an early price from being mistaken for a workable production plan.
Mainly Focused product
Industry pages organize the buyer conversation around the end-use product, while product-application cards route directly to a custom Contact and Quote form rather than a stock-product checkout.

HOW WE MOVE PROJECTS FORWARD
01
We review your drawings, CAD files, samples, target quantity, application and delivery expectations to understand what needs to be made and what matters most.
02
Our engineering team checks structure, materials, tolerances, interfaces, tooling requirements and manufacturing risks, then recommends the most practical production route.
03
We confirm the manufacturing process, tooling, parts, secondary operations, sourcing, assembly, quality requirements, target cost and project timeline before execution starts.
04
Depending on the project, we move through prototype, tooling, trial production, sample approval and engineering changes before releasing the product for mass production.
05
After approval, we coordinate production, inspection, assembly, packaging and shipment. Quality records and project updates are maintained throughout the process to keep delivery under control.

Share the product application, drawings or CAD where available, materials, target quantity, required finish, bought-out components, target market, timing and the technical or commercial decision you need to make.
A multi-process program needs defined interfaces, an approved BOM, supplier responsibilities, incoming-component checks, assembly instructions and a final verification plan. Pauline's route is designed to organize those decisions around the complete product.
They follow the selected process, tool investment, part geometry, material availability, finish, component sourcing plan, forecast and validation route. A credible quote separates confirmed requirements from working assumptions.
Check that the document or reference is current, relevant to the requested scope, authorized for publication and supported by a responsible contact. Certification badges and customer names should never replace technical qualification.
Yes. An early feasibility discussion can begin with a concept, sample or preliminary model. The review should identify the inputs, interfaces and validation decisions required before tooling or production is released.
Provide tool ownership and condition data, approved samples, process history, drawings, known issues, expected volumes and any change constraints. A trial and evidence plan should be agreed before a production move is committed.
